Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AI & Machine Learning Engineer to develop intelligent systems that enhance automation, decision-making, and predictive analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for various applications.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation.
• Optimize machine learning algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Deploy AI/ML models into production environments (cloud, edge computing, or embedded systems).
• Work with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Utilize NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics for innovative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts.
• Monitor model performance and retrain as needed to improve accuracy.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI, ML, and data science.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of deep learning, reinforcement learning, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment.
• Understanding of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, explainability, and bias mitigation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Knowledge of AI model optimization and edge AI deployment.
• Certifications in AI/ML (Google TensorFlow Developer, AWS Machine Learning, etc.).
