IT Project Management & Business Analysis

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager & Business Analyst to oversee technology projects and analyze business needs to ensure successful IT implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, gathering requirements, coordinating teams, and ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Use Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to optimize project execution.
• Track project progress and report updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation and compliance with IT governance policies.

Business Analysis:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to align IT solutions with company goals.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to define system needs.
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, and process flows.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate IT system functionality.
• Assist in change management and training efforts for new IT implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in IT project management and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise software (ERP, CRM, BI tools).
• Knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, Agile environments.
