Quality Assurance & Testing

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing Specialist to ensure the reliability, functionality, and security of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail).
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Perform automated and manual testing to validate software performance.
• Ensure software meets business and user requirements before release.
• Implement and maintain QA best practices and testing standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Black Box, White Box, Grey Box).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mobile app testing (iOS, Android).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for automation.
• Understanding of security testing concepts and tools.
