UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, be proficient in design tools, and have experience in designing intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to improve user experience.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create seamless designs.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and usability testing strategies.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with branding guidelines.
• Optimize existing UI/UX elements for better usability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Create design documentation and style guides to maintain consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus).
• Strong knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user behavior analytics.
