UX Researcher

Job Overview:

We are seeking a UX Researcher to uncover user needs and behaviors to improve digital product experiences. The ideal candidate will conduct research, analyze user feedback, and provide insights to guide design and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user behaviors and pain points.
• Plan and execute usability testing, A/B testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Analyze research data to create user personas, journey maps, and experience flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to improve user experiences.
• Present research findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure research aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in UX research with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in research tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Optimal Workshop.
• Strong knowledge of usability testing, eye-tracking, and behavioral analysis.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile product development teams.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
